Our Values

We value
Time

In that regard, we constantly want to evaluate how we’re spending our time to ensure that we are maximizing our time spent on the things we love.

Time is life’s greatest luxury and we believe that the wealthiest people in the world are those who get to choose how to spend their days.

While we have the utmost respect for the hustle, we also firmly believe that there is nothing like downtime or a walkabout or a daydream to really get our creative juices flowing and always make time for slow strolls, sunsets, and stargazing.

We also know that as much as we love our team, there is nothing like spending time with friends and loved ones, and are strong believers in Summer Fridays and days off-like really off.

Our approach to life is embodied in the Italian word “Sprezzatura” which refers to the meticulous planning that goes into making something seem effortless.

We value
People

While time is life’s greatest luxury choosing with whom you spend your time is the second. People are what make life worth living and we want to show up for those we love.

We do not believe in work-life balance because we know that life is not a scale and that work carries into your home life and you can never ever leave your home life at home. We strive for work-life harmony and want you to always know that you should bring your whole self to work.

We believe in treating everyone with empathy, never saying something or typing something about someone that we wouldn’t want them to read or hear, and giving people the benefit of the doubt since everyone is fighting a battle that you know nothing about.

However, while we fervently believe in second chances, we also abide by the three strikes and you're out policy.

We believe in inclusivity and know that a diversity of opinions makes everything better.

We also know that being a good leader means putting your team first. The leader of the wolf pack is always the last in line to make sure that no one gets left behind.

Paul Mitchell once said “I don't pay good wages because I have a lot of money; I have a lot of money because I pay good wages” and we fully believe in that mindset. We want to build the type of tribe that sticks together for the long haul and create roles that grow with each of our team members.
