Founders, Scot and Jacq Tatelman hired Easton Rae to orchestrate a complete restructuring of the business to focus on launching and scaling its ecommerce operations. Easton Rae Founder, Jessica Davidoff, became STATE Bags’ CEO and implemented its growth roadmap, including replacing the executive team, overseeing product development and SKU rationalization, revamping wholesale relationships, managing brand partnerships, and overhauling the company’s performance marketing plan.
